Some INTI Lecturers Being UNFAIR to Students

Referring to a case in the foundation program in INTI dated 23-June 2009, A lecturer was being unfair towards students in the class. Few students who did not do well in their class test, which would be taken in count for their coursework marks, was given another chance to resit for the same paper. The best thing about this is the lecturer had even told them to go through the paper and memorize the answers so that they could do better in the resit test. Where is the fairness in this???? I do not see the point of the lecturer to give the students chance to resit the paper when they would obviously perform better than the other students who have studied and slogged for their paper. What about those who have studied and did not get their expected results? Are they too allowed to resit the paper???

Related to the same case, the lecturer had even told the students to give high rating during the student evaluation in class. I think this is up to the students to decide and not the lecturer.
What do you Guys out there think about this lecturer and what action should be taken against the lecturer and the students who were given the 2nd chance???
